Tooksie, LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you’ll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to info@tooksiellc.com with “Unsubscribe Me” as the subject line. Tooksie, LLC does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.


Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but, if you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to offer exchanges or store credit on eligible items.

Please note.

  • Return shipping is not covered and is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Sale items, underwear, necklaces and earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange or store credit.

  • We recommend using a trackable method when sending items back.

To start a return, email us at info@tooksiellc.com with your order number and item(s) you'd like to return.


Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you by the same means used to make your purchase. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


Defective Items

If you believe that you received a defective item, you must notify us by email within 7 days of receiving the item,and,  include a photo, otherwise, it is considered wear and tear.  An item that is ruined in the washing machine or ripped after wearing is not eligible for return, and, is not considered defective.

Shipping

You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
